His ship has been prepared for his burial and has set sail to never return.
Falconer’s swan song From a Dying Ember was their ninth and final album.
I discovered the King when listening to Mithotyn’s King of The Distant Forest.
Falconer was born from this band as they adopted a new clean signing style that worked out perfectly. There were some bumps along the way but From a Dying Ember is a wonder to behold.
This is a solid album and it’s rare to put out an album where every song is good. Fool’s Crusade is the highlight of the album for me.
I’ve always enjoyed Falconer even during their Kristoffer Göbel days. Those 2 albums are good.
I will miss Facloner and more importantly, their sword. Rejoice the Adorned!

Platty's Editor Note: I still wish they would come back to pursue metal theatre! I give this 4 out of 5 squirts of my venom.
